As a therapist I am honoured to support individuals in their journey to live a life of value and meaning. I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and emotional dysregulation.

We will work together to explore beliefs about yourself and the world which create roadblocks and challenges in your life. Part of the process of therapy is to learn and practice skills to meet and overcome challenges with confidence. I work from a person-centred, strength-based approach to create a path forward which works for you. My practice is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am continuing my professional development by exploring play therapy and nature based therapy.

In my freetime I love spending time outdoors skiing, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing and enjoying nature. I am passionate about the beneficial role of adventure and the outdoors, and love to incorporate some of these elements into my work.
